Winter Workshops 2009

After many happy music camps at Adanac, Monash Chorale decided this year to conduct two full day Saturday workshops to help learn the repertoire for its Spring Classics concert in August. The first of these was held in mid June and the second in late July.

Each year Anna Burke MP, Deputy Speaker, House of Representatives, Federal Member for Chisholm, presents Caroline Chisholm Awards acknowledging outstanding volunteers in the electorate.

Members of Monash Chorale once again sang at this event in August 2009.


Second Concert - "Spring Classics"

Monash Chorale and Orchestra, conducted by Steven Stanke, performing the Dvorak D major Mass in the Police Academy Chapel in August.


Monash Chorale again sang at the Monash Philharmonic Society Festival in October 2009. Here they are performing their final item "Goodnight Sweetheart".
